The Akron-based tire manufacturer posted net sales of $4.5 billion, down 2.3% year over year, while tire unit volume declined 3.3% to 38.6 million units. Adjusted net loss totaled $31 million, compared with adjusted net income of $82 million in the third quarter of 2025.
